Bowmans Bare Bones cleaning is a safe and secure means of having your skulls cleaned. We process each skull in the order it is received. Each item is tagged upon arrival with tags that cannot be removed, and are rarely harmed by our beetles. Our cleaning, degreasing, and whitening methods produce showpiece trophies that you will be proud to display for years to come.

Bret Bowman
Bret Bowman started Bowman’s Bare Bones in 2012 when he began cleaning skulls for his friends. Since then he has cleaned thousands of skulls of various kinds, including elk, alligator, deer, and more. Bret enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family, especially taking family trips with his wife and kids.
